Warranty and return

Product return/exchange

You can return/exchange the product within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights". Return / Exchange of goods is carried out by returning the purchased goods to us with subsequent reimbursement to the buyer.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please ensure that:

- the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, has not been altered, etc.

- the product is fully assembled

- all labels and markings are saved

We will refund your order after receiving the product and considering the submitted application for return/exchange, but no later than 7 days from the moment of receipt of the given product and the application for return/exchange.

In what cases can the exchange/return of the product be refused?

Refusal to exchange/return goods may be for the following reasons:

- there is mechanical or other damage that occurred as a result of intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties

- unauthorized intervention, repair or replacement of internal elements and components of the product, the design or configuration of the product was violated

Product warranty

Warranty for basic materials (fabric, ribbons), accessories (zippers, textile fasteners, plastic accessories, buttons), for all products - 1 year from the moment of sale.

Warranty for manufacturing quality - 5 years.

Cases not covered by the warranty:

- mechanical damage to the outer and/or inner layer of fabric caused by the action of sharp, hard, cutting objects (nails, debris, thorns, etc.) or the action of abrasives

- non-compliance with temperature regimes during operation and storage (signs – traces of exposure to flame, high temperatures, melting, thermal deformations)

- damage caused by chemicals (liquids, vapors)

- biological damage (mold, mold, damage by rodents)

- damage caused by improper use
