The side-access first aid kit PM-4 is designed for units that operate on transport and in DIRECT ACTION style on combat vehicles, or in conditions of limited space.
The medicine insert has grips for both left- and right-handed quick access.
The best position of this first aid kit is on the waist, on the combat belt or plate carrier.
In this position, it can be easily removed even while sitting in the car.
The outer bag is made of strong elastic strap and reliably fixes the inner insert.
There is a small velcro panel inside the bag, which gives additional fixation, but does not prevent quick removal.
